How do I connect my devices to the broadband?
There are 2 different ways to connect your device(s) to your broadband. Via Wi-Fi: Search for available Wi-Fi networks using your device and enter your Wi-Fi key (these can be found on the label at the back of your Rural Wi-Fi Router).
Via network cable: Plug a network cable to the LAN port on the Rural Wi-Fi Router and the device you are using.
When will I get my Rural Wi-Fi broadband?
We offer next working day delivery in Ireland for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday as a standard. Once you receive your Rural Wi-Fi Router, just switch it on and use it straight away.
Where do I find my broadband network name and Wi-Fi key?
Your broadband network name (SSID) and Wi-Fi key (password) are displayed on a sticker at the back of your Rural Wi-Fi Router.
Where do I check my signal strength?
You can see your current signal strength displayed in the top right corner of your Rural Wi-Fi Router.
